We have been awarded independent certifications for our security measures to protect your data and personal information.

What is ISO 27001:2013?

ISO 27001 is an international standard designed to establish and maintain an effective information security management system, using a continual improvement approach. ISO 27001 certification requires external assessment and requires applicants meet high standards of risk management and security control on a continual basis.

Our Scope

Our ISO 27001 scope provides an Information Security Management System (ISMS) which covers supporting international telephone, face to face and internet research, customer relationship management centre, project management, mystery shopping, qualitative and quantitative multi-lingual research. Customer opinion tracking studies, data modelling and design of research software.

How the assessment works

An annual independent in-depth assessment is conducted by MQA (Marketing Quality Assurance) which demonstrates our commitment to quality and information security. As part of our ISO 27001 certification, we ensure that the following security benefits are implemented:

  • A secure setting for gathering and sharing information and client feedback

  • A robust system for corporate governance and a framework for legal compliance

  • Assurance that important and confidential information is held securely

  • Risk exposure management

  • An established culture of security with our staff

Why is UKAS Accreditation of ISO 27001 important?

Our ISO 27001 assessment and accreditation is endorsed by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) – the UK’s national accreditation body for the United Kingdom, appointed by the UK government, to assess organisations that provide certification. UKAS is a signatory to international accreditation agreements which provide for mutual recognition.

How this ISO relates to Client Feedback

This standard links to our ISO 9001:2015 (quality) accreditation and our ISO 20252:2012 (research) accreditation, and membership of the Market Research Society.
