We are fully accredited – but what does this mean?
One of the quality accreditations we hold at Acuigen is the ISO 20252 (market research) quality accreditation. We were first awarded this in 2006 and have maintained this for over a decade. The standard sets out requirements for organisations like us, conducting market research. As part of us receiving this accreditation, our senior management team are responsible for quality of client service, and the development, interpretation and continual improvement of our systems.
Our Scope
With our ISO 20252 accreditation, or overall scope covering our international telephone, face to face and internet research processes. As well as our customer relationship management centre which provides project management, mystery shopping qualitative and quantitative multi-lingual research. This also works in-line with our customer opinion tracking studies, data modelling and design of research software.
How the assessment works and why is UKAS Accreditation of ISO 20252 so important?

Our ISO 27001 assessment and accreditation is endorsed by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) – the UK’s national accreditation body for the United Kingdom, appointed by the UK government, to assess organisations that provide certification. UKAS is a signatory to international accreditation agreements which provide for mutual recognition.
